Who would have thought throwing snowballs could land you in jail on felony charges. Two college students in Virginia learned the hard way! The two students, Charles Gill and Ryan Knight, both 21, were captured by the police in Harrisonburg, where they attend James Madison University. Their first target was a city snow plow and the driver called the police. When the unmarked police car showed up on the scene the students unloaded on them as well. If convicted of the snowball tossing (Felony!), the students each face a maximum $2,500 fine AND between one and five years in prison.
