PGprint Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

PGprint is committed to making certain that your order is delivered to you Correct and On Time. We work diligently to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their order, so we back up our printing with a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason your are not satisfied with the quality or timely delivery of your order, contact a PGprint Customer Service Representative at 1-888-288-7518 and we will reprint or fully refund the cost of producing your order.

PGprint is an accredited business of the Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating.

Terms and Conditions:

PGprint is committed to customer satisfaction, and we do everything possible to ensure accurate color reproduction, professional finishing, proper cutting, and excellent printing quality. Prior to your document going to press, it undergoes a comprehensive review by our Pre-Press department. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control and are not covered by this guarantee. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:

  • Grammatical or punctuation errors and misspellings made by the customer;
  • Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images;
  • Errors in user-selected options such product size, quantity, paper type or finishing options;
  • Design errors or color selection errors introduced by the customer in the artwork file creation process
  • Incorrect file dimensions, image resolution, image orientation, or file submission in accordance with PGprint specifications;
  • Incorrect file layout for folding, scoring, hole drilling, rounded corners, die cutting or other custom services;
  • Damage to products following delivery to the customer;
  • Incorrect shipping address, undeliverable packages/3rd delivery attempts, or other delivery errors created by the customer
  • Duplicate orders by the customer;

Our customer satisfaction guarantee is also subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • We reserve the right to have you return the original order, at our cost, before reprinting or refunding your order;
  • The customer satisfaction guarantee is limited to reprint of the original order quantity or refund of the purchase price of the order;
  • The customer satisfaction guarantee does not apply to shipping claims. We will reprint orders damaged or lost by our shipping vendor;
  • We are not responsible for any damages or claims incurred by you or your business caused by receiving printed materials which are defective or incomplete or which you receive later than the estimated delivery date;
  • The customer satisfaction guarantee does not cover fees for mailing service or postage or associated incidental or consequential damages or claims. PGprint is not liable for U.S. Postal Service errors, including loss or delay
